International market development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans aligned with company goals;
- Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with potential clients;
- Provide product and service consultations;
- Build, manage, and convert leads into sales opportunities;
- Negotiate and close deals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with Production, Legal, and Accounting Department to handle quotations, delivery, payments, and client satisfaction surveys.
- Perform other support tasks: support client visits and assist with IT events preparations.
Team Development:
- Build, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Sales; experience in IT Sales Leader role is preferred.
- Proficiency in English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0+).
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and training skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service mindset.
- Confident, decisive, enthusiastic, proactive, and responsible.
